These Terms of Use govern your use of IForce.AI, a product/service operated by Dreamzscape LLC, doing business as IForce. By accessing or using IForce.AI, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement to use IForce.AI.
Beta Service
IForce.AI is currently an early-stage beta service. Features, availability, usage limits, pricing, and functionality may change. The service may occasionally experience errors, delays, interruptions, or data loss.
IForce.AI is not currently accepting real payments. Any checkout or payment functionality displayed during testing uses a test environment and does not represent a completed real purchase.
AI-Generated Information
IForce.AI provides AI-generated business information and recommendations that may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before making decisions.
IForce.AI does not provide legal, medical, tax, accounting, investment, or other licensed professional advice. Use of the service does not create a professional-client relationship, and results are not guaranteed.
User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Interfere with the service or attempt unauthorized access
• Upload content you do not have permission to use
• Upload malware, harmful code, or illegal material
• Use outputs in a way that violates another person’s rights
Uploaded Content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant IForce.AI and its service providers permission to process that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.
Do not upload passwords, Social Security numbers, banking information, protected health information, trade secrets, or other highly sensitive or confidential information. IForce.AI is not currently represented as HIPAA-compliant.
Accounts and Usage Limits
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and protecting access to your email account. Free and paid usage limits may apply. Attempts to create multiple accounts or use multiple email addresses to avoid limits may result in restricted or terminated access.
Payments and Subscriptions
Real payments are not currently accepted. Pricing shown during the beta period is proposed pricing and may change before paid services launch.
Before real subscriptions are activated, applicable prices, renewal terms, cancellation instructions, and the Refund and Cancellation Policy will be made available to customers.
Intellectual Property
The IForce.AI name, website, software, design, and related materials belong to Dreamzscape LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not give you ownership rights in IForce.AI.
Third-Party Services
IForce.AI relies on third-party technology and service providers. We are not responsible for third-party outages, changes, errors, or separate terms and privacy practices.
Service Availability and Termination
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the service. We may restrict access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or the service is being misused.
Disclaimer of Warranties
IForce.AI is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dreamzscape LLC, IForce and IForce.AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
You remain responsible for decisions made using AI-generated information.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as IForce.AI develops. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
