AI and Service Providers
Questions and uploaded documents may be processed by third-party service providers that help operate IForce.AI, including cloud-hosting, artificial-intelligence, payment-processing, and form providers. These may include Cloudflare, Dify and its configured AI providers, Stripe, and Google.
If payments are enabled, Stripe will process payment information. IForce.AI does not directly store complete card numbers.
Uploaded Documents
Only upload documents you are authorized to use. Do not upload passwords, Social Security numbers, banking information, protected health information, or other highly sensitive or confidential information.
Uploaded content may be transmitted to third-party AI providers for processing. IForce.AI is not currently represented as HIPAA-compliant.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate IForce.AI, when required by law, or when necessary to protect our users, business, or legal rights.
Data Retention and Security
We retain information only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, and improve the service and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee complete security.
Children’s Privacy
IForce.AI is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
